ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. Sunset there is very beautiful. 15-20 minutes walk to the Convention Center, the venue of the conference I attended. My room is small and without kitchen. But, sufficient for my needs. Reception staff repeatedly advised that weekend parking would cost approximately $11 for 24 hours, and we confirmed this several times. However, when exiting without a coupon, we were charged approximately $36 including credit card surcharge. The day before, the displayed rate was around $46 before applying the $30 coupon. This indicates the $11 figure was incorrect and caused unnecessary confusion. In addition, the washing machine in the suite was not functioning. One of the main reasons for booking the suite was access to laundry facilities during relocation, so this was disappointing.
